How Our Referral Partnership Works
1. Identify a Patient

A physician identifies a patient in need of an autism evaluation or ABA therapy within our service areas.
2. Comprehensive Evaluation
Day 3
You provide the diagnostic assessment and documentation confirming Autism Spectrum Disorder.
3. Begin ABA Services
Week 2
Carelinks ABA connects with the family immediately to start the intake process and initiate therapy with no waitlist.
4. Ongoing ABA Treatment
Months 1–6
The patient receives consistent, compassionate, data-driven ABA therapy tailored to their goals and daily environment.
5. Re-Evaluation Cycle
Every 6 Months
This cycle repeats every six months, creating a streamlined, collaborative care process that keeps you informed and fully supported.
